Married women Should light Menorah it seems according to The Rebbe

Taken from Sefer Haminhogim footnote 623. The question has been asked as to why only men and not women light separately; the answer has been proposed that one’s wife is virtually identical with oneself (Menachos 93b), and it would not be proper for a daughter to light a menorah when her mother does not. I find this reasoning highly improbable. More plausible is the observation in Mishmeres Shalom 48:2, that since many women are unable to recite the blessings, it became the custom that women in general fulfill this obligation through others. most of ashkenaz have the minhag officialy that women light. practicaly not all do. shauvinist

and there are households without men (divorce, widows, etc).
they don’t need to feel like they are second class just because their lives aren’t ideal.

Mendy Pelin, I know this won`t get to your head ;so I`ll say it: YOU ARE VERY TALENTED!! Kein Ayin Hara. you do it again! make a differnce ot the world. and to number 5 you dont always have to post a negatvie comment, its for shluchim, not you! yes, im a shliach, and i am definitally going to get this video for my web site, and btw if you only have men i think women will feel left out. and also if you look in the shevach hamoadim in chanulah you will see that its a chabad custom for girls not to light the menorah but other people do!
