The tears I’m now shedding at this shockingly sad news, do little to ease the pain of the loss of this amazingly wonderful, thoughtful, kind and considerate man, named Moishe Weiss.
The Crown Heights Community, the Chabad Community has lost a very talented and expansive soul.
I worked with Moishe a number of years at ‘The Algemeiner Journal.’
It was always a joy and pleasure to be with him.
Moishe, Moishe I miss you so!

I didn’t know him at all but what I could say is it’s not always how much you say or how much you do that will tell the type of person you are. The few times that I crossed paths with him the warm smile that he gave me always told me he was a beautiful person. They his dear family be comforted

BDE-We are so sorry to hear about Moshe Weiss.Our heartfelt condolences go to his amazing family. After spending over 30 plus years with this aidel chassidishe pleasant man passing our house daily on Sterling Street it hits us personally. Moshe was a true dugma chaya in everything. How he raised his family, how he was always running to shul or just doing an errand for his family. He was never to busy to give a smile, a greeting as he past our house. So sorry to hear about R’ Moshe’s passing.
For many years he attended Rabbi Labkowski’s גמרא shiur. He treated everyone respectfully and kindly. We will miss him greatly.

I am deeply saddened by this horrible news
Moshe was a true true friend
Always cared about another person and he was very special person and
An old time Mispallel of the Maple Street Shul.
Always was there for his family and all of us
A true chosid of the Rebbe
Hashem should comfort the entire family
I and All of us will really miss Reb Moshe Yoseph Yosef Ben Tuvia
