I am in a desperate situation, I’m a single mother to 3 kids and the sole supporter of my family.
My oldest child, who is 20 years old, is in a mental health substance abuse facility for the last 30 days.
The insurance company stopped paying for his care 2 days ago. I am fighting, the facility is fighting, and advocates are fighting for him. They don’t care. They are a private insurance company, and they do what they want, there are no regulations.
They don’t care that just 2.5 weeks ago my son tried to commit suicide in the facility. They don’t care that this is round number 3 of a vicious cycle for him in and out of facilities. They just won’t let him stay somewhere long enough to get better.
I need to keep my son where he is. He is not ready to leave or go to a lower level of care, which is what the insurance company wants.
I need to raise funds ASAP to keep him in this facility, while we continue our fight with the them.
Please, help me raise the funds so that they don’t discharge him tomorrow. So far he has been at the facility for 2 days since the insurance company cut off his payments.
This is a Jewish life in the balance – my son’s life.
I never ever beg for anything… but for my child I have no choice!

My point still stands, if you can find any legitimate studies outside the field of homeopathy that support your statements, I can reconsider. A homeopathic website is most obviously not evidence enough. I’ve written my comments with full knowledge of the basic theory of homeopathy, however that theory must be proven objectively. The Western Medical approach to treating depression and anxiety with meds is a slippery downhill slope. Once people get on those drugs they can rarely get off and they have terrible side affects. I obtained my degree in Science (pre-med) at a major big 10 university and worked for many years as a scientist and now have my nursing license. Please listen to #2 and FIND ALTERNATIVE TREATMENT! I do apologize for misleading the public, as Homeopathy isn’t 20th century pseudoscience, but rather 19th century pseudoscience first fantasized by Samuel Christian Hahnemann (1755-1843), in a time before germ theory and pathology, the machinations of disease was understood. Please don’t give anybody false hopes, homeopathy is total nonsense and has been thoroughly debunked, the supposed active ingredients are so diluted as to not even be detectable at the molecular level.
It isn’t holy, nor does it have roots in any form of spirituality, nor is it ancient, it is simply 20th century pseudoscience hypothesized by one German doctor.
