I am not trying to attack but its sounds more like a secular concept some days are good some are bad good times are coming. what about the whole hashem’s hand thing? can someone explain?

what exactly is the point of a conductor? i would think the drummer and others know what to play with out him waving a stick around. sometimes he wasn’t even on beat with the music.
