Dear Tatarka Family,
Sitting and wiping my tears as I write, I can't forget the special person you had as a father, husband and brother. Being a Yeshiva Bochur on shlichus in Melbourne, Ronnie A"H was always there to make sure that we were comfortable and had what we needed B'Gashmius and always stopped to speak and inquire if we were comfortable and how we were adjusting to life in Melbourne. It is Ronnie A"H who went out of his way and made sure that we were comfortable. He was a very special person who will be terribly missed by all those he touched on such a personal level.

Hashem please have mercy on his wonderful family and send us the Geulah speedily in our times.

תהא נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים

Somehow Ronnie was both a Tzadik and an Everyman
Ronnie was the guy next door who greeted everyone warmly with a smile, a joke and maybe some ribbing. A jolly good fellow with a ready quip who was also serious about Chesed and helping others.
When our Melbourne relatives suffered a tragedy, it was Ronnie who helped the family get their financials, travel arrangements and records in order. He raised the money, gave much of his own, and spent countless days doing paperwork and providing practical guidance while his dear wife Sarale looked after the yesomim and was a devoted source of moral support. They both showed up for every family simcha in the years since - even though they were across oceans.
That this tragedy has befallen such special people makes it a gargantuan loss for the countless people who are lucky are to know them.
We will forever be inspired by the kindness and jolly disposition of our dear friend Ronnie.
Sarale, my Melbourne sister. My heart goes out to you. May you find comfort un the knowledge that your Ronnie will always be remembered in the fondest of ways. We are with you in spirit and love you always.

Semicha Chavrusa
Reuven was a motivating Chavrusa and a very happy person always. He came back to Montreal as an Avel to complete semicha before returning home. For 3 months he taught me how to intensely seek out and accomplish any goal. We also learned lots of Chassidus as well. Yehi zichro boruch!!!
