A 14-year-old Jewish teenager was assaulted Wednesday morning in front of Oholei Torah Mesivta at 417 Troy Avenue in Crown Heights.
At approximately 10:30 am, the 13 year old black teen was seen on surveillance video “antagonizing” the yeshiva bochur as he stood with friends outside the school building, a police source said.
The victim was punched in the face and suffered a bloody nose.
Other students chased the attacker, who was caught and arrested by police, the source from the NYPD 71st precinct said.
“After he was brought into the station, both sides made allegations as to who was at fault,” the police source told COLlive. “But after we viewed the surveillance footage from the school’s camera we ascertained that we arrested the right person.”
The incident is being investigated by the Hate Crimes unit.

I was in OT Mesivta when these kids would come and mess with us and all the boys said they teach them a lesson… when the first punch came i was one out of 2 left outside!!! everyone has allot to say but no action and they know it and look what happens a fellow boy has been beaten again,

What is intresting, is the fact that another site today celebrated 30 years of the revolution in crown heights where the old comunity council was removed and replaced.
It is obvious from this story and many other shortfalls in CH that the subsequent Vadd Hakalls only set us back about 40 years as far as quality of life and no affordable housing.
