A search is on for the ‘Holtzberg babies’ around the world.
In this past half a year, many parents named their newborns after Rabbi Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg HY”D, Chabad’s slain Shluchim in Mumbai, in an unprecedented outpouring of love and appreciation.
In January 2009, COLlive found 17 parents who named their newborns Gavriel, Noach and Rivka.
“Their memory lives,” one of the mothers, Malki Citron from Atlanta told us.
Now the parents of Rivka, Rabbi Shimon and Yehudis Rosenberg, residents of the Israeli northern city of Afula, are trying to track down these parents.
The Rosenbergs told us they would like to send a gift to each child and asked that parents send them information about the child and date of birth via email: [email protected]
