They go to court against the new vaad and they expect them to seat and do nothing! They fighting for their lives they are the real plaintiffs here but don’t have the courage so they send sufrin and plotkin and lang etc. choite umachtee horabim

There are no legal members of the Bes DIn on the court pares.
Segal and Raitport and Zirkind werte elected by a fradulant 5 day moshe rubashkin election. Besides Rabbi Osdoba is the one who gave permission to go to court.

You mean the rabonim who went against halocho by not listening to hazmonios from a beis din four times? who had no right to run in an election which was forbidden by one of the existing rabonim – Rabbi Schwei? Oh, and it took a week of elections to ‘get them in’, you mean those rabonim?

Thank G-d some justice is finnaly coming to the comunity. Chazak veamatz to the new vaad!

Wake up and smell the morphine!!!

You must be drugged to shout “Bravo” to the villians who seek to destroy the Rebbe’s shchuna. Their modis operande was to systematically destroy Rabbi O– by pitting Rabbi S against him in a disgraceful public manner. Now that they have their Rov in their back pocket, they have reached out for your support so as to legitimize their unethical actions. I can go on…. but thanks to the baal machlokises of our community…. namely those mentioned in the article: Nash, Sandhouse, and Sperlin… my rant may no longer be needed. May HaShem rescue us from the hands of evil… Read more »

But I dont understand you?! Those wonderful yidden were not officially given that title. So YOU feel that they are but THEY (new vad) doesnt recognize them as what you say they are.
So why do you act so surprised? I am sure that the New Vad would never compromise that which the entire community recognize.

Don’t try to rewrie history, the new vaad never intended to go to court, they were shlepped into court, why don’t you read all the prior complaints and summonses. Don’t be fooled by any posts which are trying to distort the actual and factual truth. The following is exactly what transpired.: There was a honest fair and aboveboard election, by legal standards, ethical standards and community standards. There is a faction in the Crown Heights Community that it’s interest lies in keeping the previous Vaad in power to the extent that they have been summoning the winners of this election… Read more »

You’ve got to be kidding! did anyone happen to read the order? Did you notice who two of the people that were listed as defendants were? Two of the Rabbonim!! The ” New vaad has already violated the by laws of the Jcc by openly going against the Bais din. Dragging Rabbonim into court! This is only step one you people idiots who pushed this! The next step is fort them to be rid of the Rabbonim & destroy this community etc. Nice going morons!

Thank G-d!
The old vaad, for whatever reason, left a messy trail. Let’s hope the new vaad, BE”H, will do a better job helping our wonderful and holy community.
The Rebbe, MH”M, clearly told us to vote and that the rabbonim shouldn’t interfere, or be involved in the elections.
The student must listen to his teacher.
As a Kohaine I offer the new vaad (I heard there are 2 kohanim on board.) the ‘Birkat Kohanim.”
