After receiving the most votes in Virgin America’s online contest, the Friendship Circle of Sharon, Massachusetts was awarded $25,000 at an event which took place at Boston’s historic Liberty Hotel.
“We are delighted to have been chosen as the recipient of this prize and are proud to be part of the revolution by providing children with special needs and their families with special friends. Thank you Virgin America for joining our special circle of friends,” comments Rabbi Chaim Wolosow, executive director of the Friendship Circle of Sharon.
“We wish Virgin America much success in their revolution and endeavors and we thank all the volunteers of the Friendship Circle of Sharon who invested so many countless hours of work to help us win this award.”

How wonderful to see my old friends. It is amazing to see what we can accomplish when we work together. Nobody deserves this more than the Wolosow’s who have dedicated their life for their Shlicus!!
this is amazing…
all the girls in brhs were told that the shluchim only found out about the contest a few days before it was over. we were told to all send in our votes and try to get all our families to sign also. its amazing that these shluchim won only through the efforts of family, friends and schools that they spoke to, and it all took place in a matter of days while other groups had months to gather votes…
