The picture is showing my grandfather R’Yaakov Yosef Raskin z”l of Rishon Lezion, later he moved to Kfar Chabad blowing the shofar. He and his family were very involved in caring for R’ Leivik Schneerson in Alma Atta and kept up the personal relationship with Rebbetzin Channa after fleeing from the Soviet Union.
