Had there not been opposition to chasidim and the ar shulchan aruch would have been more widely accepted would the chafetz chaim made the mishna brura?
Is there an estimate how many times there’s a disagreement btw the ar shulchan aruch and the mishna berura and in those cases is there a common denominator eg they each following specific shita of certain earlier rishon/achron?
1. The author of the Mishnah Berurah (the Chafetz Chaim) was not against chasidim.
2. There is a directive of the Rebbe to learn Mishnah Berurah!
