Behind the photo:
The office of the Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi contacted Ezagui through a mutual friend. He picked up Rabbi Lau, Mrs. Lau and an assistant from the Newark International Airport at 5:30 AM on Thursday with his Ford Explorer Sport.
Ezagui brought them to the Jewish Center on 86th Street in Manhattan’s Upper West Side for Shachris davening and later drove them to the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens. Rabbi Lau continued on to Yeshiva University where he will be speaking for the faculty and students.
