With 1000 expected at the CTeen Shabbaton scheduled for next week, CTeen staff met with the NYPD from the 71st and 77th precincts to formalize plans to beef up security in the neighborhood.
The international Shabbaton, which takes place annually in Crown Heights, unites hundreds of teens from around the world.
The teens and their leaders enjoy 3 days of inspiration, learning and fun while touring Crown Heights and New York City attractions and sites.
The Shabbaton includeds a grand unity Shabbos meal, interactive workshops, farbrengens and exciting activities, along with guest speakers.
Do you think Mayor Deblasio will by then have had the Sanitation Dept. collect the pile up of garbage in the city and neighborhood??!! Where has the Sanitation Dept. been for the last 2 weeks-is there a slowdown strike going on without the Mayor realizing it??!!
