It actually says the name of the city at the beginning of the video, and on the Aron Kodesh it says Beis Chabad
I have a dear friend who is a Satmar chassid and he took me into the Satmar Rebbe R’Aron a few months ago. He’s a very great person, functioning as a rosh yeshiva too. It’s nice to see him davening in the Chabad House.
Every single Satmar Chossid and many other group whose Rebbe stays there for this winter period is well aware that this is the Chabad House.
But not one word on the video of where it took place????
