Avraham Fried is a true example of Chassidisher Yid ! I dont think anybody critisized Shlomo Carlebach for the music he composed. At times he used the same tune but with different words – Because it was from the Neshama & stunning songs, that’s why to this very day, Shlomos legacy just still carries on. Same here, Avremel, you’re the epitome of a true Yid that has brought & still brings so many Yidden around the globe closer to Hashem. Your music is just stunning & what a voice & Neshama – Mamash a knockout ! You bring us true… Read more »

Your music and even more importantly the Words of the music you display are so timely and encouraging. It gives us the lift we need to withstand the difficulties and tribulations that we are enduring during these final moments of this dark and lonely Golus…It brings joy and comfort to us, to rise above and beyond to the day that is sooo close by, the arrival of our King Moshiach to redeem us to the final Geulah with our Third Beis Hamikdosh B’karov Mamosh , Mamosh, Mamosh, Amein Kein Yehi Ratzon.

February 21, 2012 2:19 pm

whos the designer?

Just another Possuk in Tehillim??
February 21, 2012 1:39 pm

What’s the point of all this music? Who can say how listeners’ hearts and minds have been affected from yeeeeears of listening to pleasant renditions of “just another Possuk in Tehillim.”

Don’t undermine the achievements of people like Avremel who have contributed beautifully to the Yiras Shamayim of average guys like me. Why else would you have “just another Possuk in Tehillim” bouncing around your head?

fried's voice getting better?
February 21, 2012 1:30 pm

How is it possible this guy keeps sounding better and stronger? Can he share whatever he is drinking with MBD?

nice
February 21, 2012 1:26 pm
Unforunately :(
February 21, 2012 1:16 pm

I’m sorry to say, but jewish music needs to evolve, as much as this stays true to AF’s oritinal style of music, it’s still the same music, sounds the same and is pretty much the same thing we’ve been hearing for yeeeeears, just another posuk in tehillim.

why?? elokie neshomo from dudu fisher
February 21, 2012 1:08 pm

af ur better then to use other peoples used songs.. dont get sucked into the new guys that just put out alboulms w other ppls songs…

February 21, 2012 1:05 pm

I appreciate the nice Yiddish music. Thanks for not adding R&B or Indie sound. My neshama says thank you.

Very Nice
February 21, 2012 11:45 am

Avremel alwasy sounds great. But I want to hear an original contemporary sound.
I think he should get rid of the trumpets and saxaphones and add some R&B or Indie sound. This genre is a little boring for me
