In response to the tragic loss of the beloved shluchim Rabbi Gavriel and Rebbetzin Rivky Holtzberg, A”H, HY”D, My ShliAch has embarked upon a special project.
The project was started with the goal of channelling the current outpouring of love and achdus into a hakhel year, in which every moment is permeated with the pure Torah learning of children. They hope to bring together each child, each family, each community, and create an unprecedented year of unity.
The plan is simple. Starting today, each child will select a 15 minute slot and they will dedicate that time to learning any Torah subject (weekly). With participants from Miami Beach to Melbourne, it will result in perpetual Torah Study, 24 hours/day – 7 days/week, for the 30 days of shloshim.
The organizers hope all children will join in this fitting testimony to two of our own. A tribute to two shluchim, who would want nothing more than for their extended family of the Rebbe’s Chassidim to come together through the vehicle of their children’s learning.
Please visit MyShliAch.com/memorial to sign up.
May this project serve as a final preparation for our immediate redemption in which we will be united together with R’ Gavriel, Rivky, and all of our loved ones.
My ShliAch is a division of Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch and a project of “Suite 402.” Special thanks to Chabad.org for their technical assistance.
Hope its successful!
