The much-anticipated Kinus Hamechanchim is set to begin in just over two weeks, marking the first collaboration between the Merkos Chinuch Office and the Menachem Education Foundation.
On Chof Hei-Chof Vov Tammuz, educators from across North America will gather at the picturesque Sleepy Hollow Hotel in Tarrytown, New York, for the Kinus Hamechanchim. Through sessions, speeches, multimedia presentations, and a luxurious banquet, the mechanchim will gain inspiration to help them grow in their integral shlichus, with a special focus on the unique attention the Rebbe gave to those who dedicate their lives to Chinuch.
The first draft of the schedule for this year’s Kinus has been revealed, featuring:
– 30 individual workshops
– 4 separate tracks:
– Lower Elementary
– Upper Elementary
– Full Principal Educational Leadership
– Administrative / Fundraising
There’s something unique for everyone at this year’s Kinus. This year’s theme is “לקרב לבן של ישראל לאביהם שבשמים – Igniting Hearts, Nurturing Minds,” emphasizing our sacred shlichus of deepening our students’ relationships with Hashem.
The Kinus will be attended by mechanchim of all experience levels, from those in their early years of teaching to those who have already impacted the lives of hundreds, if not thousands, of students. Almost 200 mechanchim have signed up already. Have you already joined? Bring a fellow mechanech!
With just one week left to register, the Kinus has already set record numbers in mechanchim registered.

Beautiful! This looks fantastic. Thank you to our teachers and thank you for this kinnus.
Having R. Chaim Rosenstein as a speaker at the kinus will provide attendees with a wealth of inspiration.
