לחי׳ים ומזל טוב
May 21, 2014 3:10 am

May 20, 2014 12:38 am

This unpretentious but thought provoking speech is part of the of the ripple effect the Rebbe’s shluchim create globally. May they grow ever wider.
So nice to hear a young, well educated person be so unabashedly proud of his Judaism. May you go from strength to strength always.

we gotta give credit where credit is due. I don’t understand why your names weren’t mentioned in the article. But names there or not you should definitely be commended for the great work you do in working to be mekariv students. You are a perfect example of the type of shluchim the rebbe wanted. I’m sure without a doubt that this student didn’t decide to mention the rebbe on his own. Rabbi steiner, you are an amazing influence on these children. Keep up the great work and continue giving nachas to the rebbe and making him proud.

amazing!

Chabad GW is an inspiration to all of us!

chabad of everywhere!
May 19, 2014 8:21 pm

Amazing – a modern orthodox kid can grow up with chabad, volunteer in friendship circle as a teen, attend chabad on campus. Quote the Rebbe in commencement speech…. at every stage , the Shluchim, representing the Rebbe, are fully there. Every encampment is permanent, as Gabe quotes the Rebbe in his speech. Together, we complete the picture and will bring Moshiach, now!

Amazing
May 19, 2014 8:14 pm

He chose to include the Rebbes words in his speech. What impact the shluchim must’ve had in his life!

Great job Rabbi Yudi for instilling in the students of GW a real understanding for the Rebbe, and for giving them the courage to go out and share the messages with others! May you continue to have much success in your shlichus!

We are very proud of Rabbi Yudi and Rivky Steiner and their great work with the students at GW. Their impact really reached this special student, who might know and have known others, etc. but for the last few years went to events at ChabadGW at least weekly and was very involved. A real Kiddush Hashem!!

you raised a fine young man who was obviously taught”not to waste it” and seize the moments. your son opened his heart and soul and took in all the good that campus has to offer. Be proud, and may your neshama have an aliyah as you watch him, from on high, grow and soar

Worthwhile to mention Rabbi Levi Shemtov Shliach to DC, who Rabbi Steiner works with and oversees the GW Chabad house and definitely has positive influence in this regard.
