As we approach thirty years from Chof Zayin Adar, the day when the Rebbe suffered a stroke, Shluchim, Rabonim and Mashpiim from around the world have called to set aside the day to add in Torah, Tefila and Tzedaka to bring Moshiach.
The letter of the Rabonim was written by Hashgacha Protis hours before the onset of war in Ukraine. Now, as we pray for the safety of our brethren in Ukraine, the content of their letter takes on an extra urgency, as we Daven for the only true and ultimate salvation when we will see the Rebbe again in his full glory.
We therefore turn to everyone with the following request:
To set aside Monday, Chof Zayin Adar as a day of tefila, to beseech Hashem to have mercy on us and put an end to our sorrow, so we will merit to see the Rebbe, and that he will lead us out of galus.
More specifically:
To add in saying tehillim – as is divided according to the days of the week (for Monday: kapitel 30 – 50), as well as kapitlach 20, 22, 69, 120 and 150.
To add in giving tzedakah – (the suggested amount is the worth of two or three meals).
To add in learning the Rebbe’s torah, specifically in Inyanei Geula U’mashiach and the last publications we have from the Rebbe to date: The sicha of Shabbos Parshas Vayakhel 5752, the maamar Veatah Tetzaveh 5741 – Kuntres Purim Katan 5752, the likut published for Shabbos Parshas Vayakhel 5752, as well as the sicha of Gimmel Shevat 5752.
