The farbrengen took place at the Lincoln Place Shul, at 1185 Lincoln Place between Albany and Troy in Crown Heights.
Rosh Yeshiva of 770 Rabbi Zalman Labkowsky farbrenged, and related the relationship he had with the greatly loved and respected Shliach who was known for the “Jewish revolution” in France.
Rabbi Labkowsky, a colleague of Rabbi Azimov, worked together with him in 1963-1966 from the Brunoy yeshiva, when they first began their work to spread Judaism in the country.
