Hundreds of children gathered before Purim at Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim in Montreal to celebrate and dance with popular singer Yossi Rodal. The occasion? Adar! Purim!
The success and growth of the boys were also celebrated as the children danced with their fathers and Rabbeim for several hours.
This evening was a joint partnership with Inner Flame, an organization dedicated to uplifting local frum youth and it was a wildly successful event.
This age-old institution, founded and established by the Frierdiker Rebbe, is proudly buzzing with Torah learning and thriving happy students. Their amazing dedicated teachers have been working around the clock to provide the children with the best possible education, rewarding the boys with amazing trips like sledding and Hakhels in private homes. The Tmimim have also received grand prizes for good behavior and learning Baal Peh, and created beautiful projects for Purim.
Positive energy is in the air at Yeshiva as parents have stepped up to substitute, share their expertise, donate funds for prizes and projects, and raise money for the school.
“Because it’s ours,” said Levi Goldstein, a Kita Daled parent, “Yeshivah belongs to each and every one of us. We are the solution. We are the future.”
“People instinctively focus on the negative,” shared Shaina Markowitz, mother of three Yeshivah boys, “It’s time to change the conversation. Let’s share the positive. Let’s spread good energy. This will only help our Yeshivah and our children.”
Because it’s Ours, Let’s Change the Conversation is the theme and impetus for this year’s GRAND RAFFLE campaign. If you have family in Montreal, if you want to support strong excellent Torah education and our unbelievably dedicated teachers, and if you are excited to win $100,000 plus ten more awesome prizes, click here and buy a ticket:
