Chabad of Port Washington, New York celebrated 18 years this week with a gala dinner at the Woodbury Jewish Center.
Port Washington Shliach Rabbi Sholom Paltiel thanked honorees Tami Ruben, Karen & Alan Salzbank, Dr. Robert & Rachel-Maria Weiner, Deputy Chief Ron DeMeo, and Adam Katz, sponsor of the grand prize raffle – a plane trip for 6 aboard a luxury private jet, worth more than $5000.
Participants then joined in joyous dancing in celebration of 18 years of community service from Chabad.
