Ikar chossen min ha-comment: Be mentchlich to the local farmers. Ya, you were “moser nefesh ” to buy a ticket and come visit, but we are “mosser nefesh” to live here all year round, so have common courtesy and act like a mentch during your visit – it isn’t too difficult.

There were MANY bad things that happened in 770 – I know of people who died in 770, besides, there were many times Hatzalah was needed in 770 (including the Rebbe himself having his heart attack), and there was a recent need for police to come to 770 to solve a dangerous situation with a goy. Your comment that “Nothing bad can or will happen in Bais Rabbeinu She’Bibovel” is simply meshugah. By “meshugah” I mean – not in touch with reality.

Guests using the mikva at 749 should be kind enough to take the wet dirty towels to their lodgings and not bring them in to 770 and hag them there on the coat racks. The mold spores from these wet towels pose a danger to people with allergies and asthma.
