r’ aronov told me he has kabala איש מפי איש the names are r’ reuven, r’ dovid, r’ ezra, r’ dovid, r’ hirshil, rabbi aronov. i dont remember their last names.

1 r’ kahanais is from tzfas not kfar chabad. 2 what the rebbe told r’ kahana about r’ ahronov does not prove that he has kabala ish mipi ish from r’ reuven. 3 r’ ahronov does not beleive that the alter rebbes ksav exists. however the best thing to do is to ask him your self:

You are incorrect. He DOES have קבלה איש מפי איש from Reb Reuvein Sofer ( the Alter Rebbe’s Sofer), in fact the Rebbe once told Reb Shamshon Kahana from Kfar Chabad when he was in Yechidus that the expert today on Ksav Admur Hazokein Is Horav Aronov from Toronto.

I was personally told my on several occasions the names of each sofer in the chain of sofrim ok the way back to the alter rebbe. ( ish mipi ish) and that’s a fact!!!!!!!
yes indeed rabbi ahronov is 1 of the greatest sofrim still around in lubavitch but he does NOT have direct kabalah from the alter rebbes soifer, infact no one around today does. the alter rebbes ksav we have today is based on old parshiois wich were writen by the alter rebbes soifer reb reuven (or his talmid) & the rebbe mahara”sh’s megilah wich is the alter rebbes ksav as well:
