Pevsner Takes Father’s Position
Rabbi Avraham Boruch Pevsner, one of the Rebbe's Shluchim to Israel and Mashpia in Jerusalem, was appointed today as the new rabbi of the Chabad Community in Paris, France. He is replacing his father, Rabbi Hillel Pevsner who passed away a month ago. The event, attended by the Rebbe's secretary Rabbi Leibel Groner, marked both the Shloshim and the writing of a new Torah in his memory. Photos
