To all the wise and wonderful commentators who opine about what is and is not right for a Shliach to say. i humbly suggest that you:
1. Go out on Shlichus yourself, are you out there?
2. Know that a Shliach is like the Mishalach, so be careful whom you criticize
3. Focus on the positive!!!!! This Shliach has brought a flourishing Yiddishkei to the Nevada spiritual desert. he and his wife are people you should be proud of!

what, you also think the Rebbe isn’t moshiach?! Did you ever learn a Sicha in your life? How about one form the later years. I don’t agree with many things, but to argue on the Etzem – Moshaich?! Of course the Rebbe is Moshaich! If not, then who is the Nasi of the Dor?
(or, maybe you hold that when the Rebbe says that the Nasi of the Dor is the Moshaich of the Dor the Rebbe was making a mistake… CH”V)
