Hi Boys and Girls! Welcome back to the Parsha Studio!
In this week’s Parsha, Moshe Rabbeinu speaks to the Jewish people, reminding them of the events in the desert. The route to Israel was treacherous and difficult, yet rewarding, as it led to establishing the Jewish nation in the homeland of Eretz Yisrael. Moshe recalls the giving of the Torah and urges the people to follow its teachings once they enter Eretz Yisrael. This teaches us a valuable lesson, during times of ease, we should remember the hardships that have shaped us into the nation we are today.
Today, we will create a beautiful desert sand art. We’ll carefully layer different colors of sand in a jar, creating small sand mountains to remind us of the captivating desert landscape the Yidden traveled. As we pour and arrange the sand, capture the essence of the desert with its shifting dunes and amazing colors. We’ll also decorate our creation with detailed drawings of camels to add even more life to the scene.
