Online Smicha is a most innovative learning program, unlike any other offered today. Through the use of interactive web video conferencing, Online Smicha offers a structured learning program for working professionals, retired men and anyone who would like to obtain their Smicha, for a variety of reasons.
After years of experience and success, Online Smicha is eager to now offer 2 tracks in addition to its regular Smicha Course.
The first course, geared especially for Shluchim, will cover a most important topic for many Shluchim, all the Halachos of Yuchasin, Chuppah and Kiddushin. These lesser-known Halachos will be made clear and practical for the Shliach’s future use.
Shluchim who are graduates of this course have noted how important these Halachos are to earn.
Rabbi Nachman Wilhelm of Minnesota, Founder and Dean of OnlineSmicha.com is enthusiastic: “We have worked hard to reach this stage, where we can offer the Shluchim a learning program and experience so they can focus on their Shlichus, yet be able to accomplish in their learning simultaneously.”
The second course is open to all students who are interested in learning, hilchos Shabbos in Depth, a most practical need for every observant Jew.
Thanks to an anonymous scholarship received, the cost for each of these tracks is a low price of $770, paid in 3 installments.
Continuing in its time-honored tradition, Online Smicha, in partnership with The Shluchim Office and Shluchim Online School, has been regularly offering different tracks for Smicha as well as advanced Rabbinical Studies for the past five years to people from all around the world.
“Online Smicha and Rabbi Nachman Wilhelm provide an amazing opportunity to learn Smicha. They understand the scheduling needs of the student body and are very accommodating. Rabbi Wilhelm is an enthusiastic Maggid Shiur who has a unique way of creating an interactive and enjoyable learning experience. I strongly recommend the program to anyone,” says Getzy Fellig of Florida.
“Not only am I learning the Halachos inside, properly, with useful instruction, I am also learning them with charts and all sorts of examples provided, including very insightful guest lecturers/Rabbonim in the field who have seen all sorts of various situations and cases both common and uncommon” says Rabbi Yossi Amar, Shliach to Seine et Marne, France, a previous Pulpit Rabbi Track student.
