Chana Leah Shoshana Ohayon, a woman who was happily married 2 months ago, passed away in Israel on Tuesday, 20 Iyar 5773.
She was 18 years old and suffered from a lengthy illness.
Her parents are R’ Daniel and Malka Kaminsky, members of the French speaking Chabad community in the city of Netanya.
“She had great faith in Hashem and believed she will recover from the illness and return to regular life,” one of her grieving friends said.
“Whenever we spoke to her, she was happy and smiling, despite all that she went through. I don’t remember a time when we spoke and she wasn’t smiling.”
She is survived by her parents, siblings and husband. The family is sitting shiva in Netanya.
