Rabbi and Mrs. Chaim and Mushka Zaklos of Crown Heights will IYH be moving on Shlichus to Battery Park City, NY where they will be establishing a Chabad House serving the needs of the Jewish community.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi and Mrs. Shmaya and Rochel Katz, directors of Chabad of Wall Street.
