Rabbi Mendel and his wife Shaina (nee Katzen) Fine of Crown Heights will be moving out on Shlichus to Montreal, Quebec, where they will be directing programs for adults, kids and teens in the Queen Mary area of Montreal.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Ronnie and Simcha Fine, Shluchim to the Queen Mary area of Montreal and Rabbi Berel Mockin, Head Shliach of Quebec.
