Associated Beth Rivkah Schools in Crown Heights, the flagship educational institution for Chabad girls, has announced additional changes to the educational staff for this coming school year of 5778 (2017/2018).
Mrs. Dinah Brawer will now serve as the Principal of the Primary Department – grades 1 to 3, after serving as an assistant principal in that division. She is replacing Mrs. Chana Eta Feldman who is assuming the role of “principal emeritus.”
Working with Mrs. Brawer in the primary school are Morah Nechama Dina Avichzer and Mrs. Gitty Sternberg, as Hebrew Curriculum and English Curriculum coordinators, respectively.
Mrs. Brawer “looks forward to working closely with teachers and parents to address every child’s social and academic needs in both Limudei Kodesh and Limudei Chol,” the school wrote in a letter.
As reported on COLlive.com, Mrs. Gitty Rosenfeld, a veteran educator with experience in the classroom and administration, is assuming the role of Hebrew Principal for grades 4-8. She is replacing Mrs. Chavi Altein.
Mrs. Rosenfeld joins Mrs. Leah Jacobson, the current English principal. Mrs. Naomi Pinson, a veteran teacher, will also join the English department for grades 4-5.
