Popular Chassidic singer Simche Freedman has released a new single – his fourth – from his debut album.
“It is a moving song perfect for the spring that expresses the soul’s desire for a Jew to spend his time and devote his thoughts to the soul within him,” Friedman said.
The song was composed and written by Friedman about 20 years ago, when he was 15-years-old and learning in the Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Chabad in the Israeli city of Lod.
Assisting with the writing of the words was Mrs. Meira Baitch-Nachimovsky, with the musical arrangements done by the artist and musician Gil Akibyov.
The music video accompanying the song features dozens of people, from the age of one month to the age of 100, each singing the words in Friedman’s voice. It was produced by Olam Umlo’ho.
“What is behind the unique concept of the video is that the soul remains pure and has won every age,” Friedman says. “A soul that you gave me is pure, even in a young baby who is just born, Of the soul is eternal, no matter what happens with the body. ”

Beautiful! I was looking forward to see how you would portray the women… I was disappointed.
They could have been visible without singing. But I am glad you had girls in video.
