i bought a jar of pickles that said kosher on it but their was no hecsher.

The letter K being that it is a letter of the Alphabet is cannot be copyrighted therefore it will never change and this ruling does not change anything in regards to that

How does that effect products that have a K with no actual hashgacha? I would love for this practice to be stopped. Its a real headache with family that doesn’t keep kosher and doesn’t have much respect that we do.
