Tzivos Hashem is running a worldwide competition for Jewish children to mark 30 years since the youth movement was established by the Lubavitcher Rebbe.
“The Power of Jewish Children” will feature entries from children from around the world, who will compete for prizes totaling $30,000 cash and a trip to New York.

A Jew sentenced to Siberia
What makes your entry special?
This is a painting of my great-great-grandfather the famed Chossid Reb Folle Kahan who was sentenced to Siberia by the Russian Bolsheviks for doing the work of the previous Rebbe. My Zayde wrote a book describing his experience in jail and had the famous painter Zalman Kleinman paint a cover picture for his book, this piece of art is hanging in my house.
I love the look of the painting, and I decided to copy it so I always remember the Mesiras Nefesh of my ancestors and follow in their ways.
