Mrs Leverton was truly a special woman, who championed for the truth and for what was right. I have so many fond memories of her. And yes, she had a great funny bone!
Wishing her children much comfort during this difficult time…
Moshiach now!
She was so kind and real. Once knocked on my door with a present for my daughter because she wanted to reward her for davening nicely in shul.
She was so straight and had a no nonsense approach.
We will really miss her.
So so sorry to hear. A really gentle refined human being
Fond memories…. Aunty Margaret will be missed. She was a true friend.
Thinking of her family and extend our wishes for Arichas Yomim.
May we only share in Simchas.

BDE May her Neshama rest in peace. I have known Margaret for over 50 years . She was a wonderful special lady. She will be greatly missed.
She was a truly noble woman. Refined, modest and with overflowing kindness. I cannot forget when I gave birth on Yom Tov and was alone in hospital for several days, she came (several hours walk) to visit me and brightened up my Yom Tov. I shall never forget her beautiful smile and wise words. Yehi zichra boruch
Growing up with Margaret was like growing up with a second home. Always welcoming, embracing and loving. A true gem.
With a heavy heart, and fond memories, with much learned from her determined and stoic charachter, we will miss your Mother, a truly amazing woman.

Margret was a fiercely loyal friend; always upbeat with a good word and a smile. As a child, I fondly remember visits to Margret’s house when she was a young mother and she always had practical advice to offer. All these years later, I still maintain that Margret is true Tzadeikes and definitely inherited a large and regal portion of Olam Habo.
BDE. We were neighbours. Firsby Road. Such fond memories. My brothers playing in their backyard while I was playing at the Lew’s. How many lives she saved by stopping kids from doing dangerous things while they were out of their parent’s sight. She loved people, and people loved her. Great sense of humour. Equally great sense of dignity and valour. A dugma chaya without the accolades. She had no need for accolades, no time for ‘nonsense’. What a generation!! Whenever I would go back to visit, there she would be, doing, helping, always so happy to see me. I thought… Read more »
