Mrs. Ettie Rosenbaum, wife of attorney Prof. Norman Rosenbaum of Melbourne, Australia passed away suddenly this week in Melbourne.
She was 56.
Ettie’s husband Norman is the brother of Yankel Rosenbaum obm, whose brutal stabbing murder on August 20, 1991 marked the beginning of the 1991 riots in Crown Heights.
Norman campaigned doggedly for years to bring the murderer of his slain younger sibling to justice.
She is survived by her husband Norman and children Ari, Yoel, Yoni and Michal.
The levaya will take place Sunday at 12:00 noon at the Melbourne Chevra Kadisha Cemetery, 200 Glasscocks Road, Lyndhurst.
Baruch Dayan Haemes.
it’s difficult to fathom – Norman should not have had this additional pain –
who can understand the ways of Hashem!!
it’s so painful just thinking about their suffering!
may they all be comforted and be reunited very very soon!!
Here’s the email address – he is not much of an email guy but maybe he will review knowing that people will be contacting him this way.

May you be comforted. May you know no more pain. So sorry.
SO sorry for your loss! MAy you be comforted among the mourners of Tzion and Yerushalayim!…
Norman was not well enough to make it to Levaya after he fought a whole week that she should come to kevuras yisroel without an autopsy.
Hashem enough!!!
We need not say more than just looking at her children and support she gave her husband in tough times. May the family be consoled.
May your family be comforted 🙁
May Hashem comfort you and bring moshiach now!
Norman so sorry, comfort to you and your lovely children!!!!
So sorry to hear. He has gone through so much. MAy Hashem comfort the family.
