Mrs. Esther Chayo, matriarch of a large Lubavitch family in Argentina, passed away Thursday, 10 Sivan, 5778.
She was 86.
She is survived by her husband Avraham Chayo and her sons Shimon Chayo – Buenos Aires, Shlomo Chayo – Buenos Aires, Gad Chayo -Buenos Aires, Zebulon Chayo – Buenos Aires, Yehuda Chayo – Buenos Aires, Gabriel Chayo – Buenos Aires, and Rabbi Asher Chayo – Crown Heights.
And her daughters, Miryam Paim – S. Paulo, Brazil, Sarah Zagury – Belem, Brazil, Rivkah Katri – Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Leah Segal – Buenos Aires, Rochel Lavian – Queens, NY, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings, Rabbi Aharon Tawil – Argentina, Michoel Tawil and David Tawil – Jerusalem and Leah Masri – Brooklyn, NY.
