The Levi Yitzchak Library in the Five Towns of New York is launching a good deed campaign to honor the memory of their namesake, young Shliach Levi Yitzchak Wolowik OBM.
Adults and children will be commemorating his yartzeit on Monday – 4 Adar by doing mitzvos in the next 36 hours as part of a “Selfie Mitzvah Campaign.”
The campaign includes an auction on various prizes that will be given to participants who photograph themselves on their mobile phone and tag #Mitzvosforlevi on Facebook and Instagram.
One can pledge a Mitzvah any time from now until Monday evening to do in honor of Levi’s yahrtzeit and be entered into a raffle to win the prize matching to the Mitzvah being done, organizers said.
