To go on Merkos Shlichus you need to be mekusher, learn lots of Chassidus and Nigle, go through the Lubavitcher system besimcha, kabolos ol, keep sedorim. This will attract the Yidden. If you have done all this, then you will deserve the tie you so much want also:-)
