The Jewish Future Alliance has teamed up with COLlive.com to produce a short documentary film on the importance of voting.

“Antisemitism, Yeshiva education, and public safety are all on the ballot—elected officials are closely watching which communities turn out,” The JFA said. “Everyone needs to register. Communities that vote are the only ones truly heard.”

Voter Registration Day is on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

I’d love to see people write here who they’re voting for, and why. the trump-harris dilemma is a fascinating one. (Also wondering if an intellectual, reasonable, non-judgmental, open air debate is possible amongst religious folks who are trained to follow a higher authority. I’m interested in *personal* opinion and perspective, not what someone thinks is “right” to do based on the torah or rebbe)

As Jews we make decisions based on Torah. As Chassidim we make decisions based on Torah and the Rebbe.
Not sure why they should be a problem on a website such as this.
Doesn’t mean we can’t have opinions, but we were put on this earth to serve a higher purpose. Not to follow our own feelings and sentiments.
And I’m sorry that you think religious folks aren’t “intellectual, reasonable and non judgmental”.
Sounds like you’re the one being “judgmental” here.
My suggestion: study more Torah, you will find wisdom and relevance beyond your own finite mind.
