Years ago I traveled to ny from Chicago I went with my mother to their restaurant on 13th ave The front wLiterally doubled as a soup kitchen where Mrs Rubashkin gave free food to any poor person I had a newspaper which was commenting on a certain machlokes With a protagonist group of other chasidim who opposed Chabad I was reading out loud to my uncles who joined us for dinner.
