i live in southern oregon near california and it usually snow once or twice a year about a quarter of an inch 4 inches is probaly the record!

why did the city close down?
it must be for a good purpose..
There is only 4 inches..
but its grate the city closed down that i don’t have to go to work
and i have more time to make preparations for the big day!!!!!
