Chabad at the University of Las Vegas has welcomed a new Sefer Torah on Wednesday.
Led by campus shluchim Rabbi Tzvi and Rivky Bronchtain, the entire Chabad community along with many Jewish students participated in the festivities.
The event began with the completion of the final letters of the Torah, which was dedicated in memory of R’ Zev Volf Bronchtain by his children.
The Torah was then paraded in the streets of Las Vegas, from the university all the way to the Bronchtain’s home, accompanied by lively music and dancing.
Participants then enjoyed a lavish buffet and more dancing and festivities.
What a beautiful and meaningful achievement! Rabbi “Tzviki”, we haven’t seen you in years but are so excited and pleased to see your ruchniusdikeh hatzlachah. Your community is lucky to have you as shluchim. To our friends, Rabbi Mordechai and Rochel Bronchtain, best wishes for much Yiddisheh and Chassidesheh nachas from Tzviki and all the kids. This is over the top!
From your summer neighbors.
I see Rabbi Dovid Nissan Bressman did the siyum.
MAZEL TOV!! We spy Shmuly Bronchtain, participating in
the event. Shmuly will be in Ocala Florida for the High Holidays.
