Shaloh House Jewish Day School of Brighton MA took Lag B’Omer celebrations to the streets of Boston last week, with a Lag B’Omer Extravaganza for families.
Also, a group of bochurim from Oholei Torah visited Boston city centers to do mivtza tefillin.
The Extravaganza attracted Jews of every affiliation and many non-Jews as well.
More than 600 hotdogs were consumed, hundreds of children enjoyed pony rides, dozens of children had their faces painted with bonfires to commemorate Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai’s holiday, and much, much fun was had.
Well done ezry Israel!!!! Best bochur out there !!!
