Kingston Avenue in Crown Heights is closed to traffic Monday and Tuesday while workers repave the street, which has been under construction for about 6 months. Streets leading into it are closed as well. More

This took so long. There is no exuse. Think of the lose of business for all the merchants along Kingston. In some areas they work all night to get it done .
