In honor of the 80th anniversary of the Rebbe’s wedding, Morah Faige Winner , principal of Oholei Torah preschool, and staff celebrated with a mock wedding with the children.
Dressed up in hats, the children sang songs, heard a recording of the Rebbe being mesader Kidushin – officiating at a wedding, answered Amen to the brochos and said “L’chaim.”
An honored guest was Rebbetzin Esther Teitelbaum, the wife of Reb Michoel, A”H who together co-founded the yeshiva. Taking great pride and nachas Rebbetzin Teitelbaum enjoyed the gathering and recounted her involvement in the school for close to 55 years.

The mesirus nefesh of Reb Michoel, and the Brochos of the Rebbe is nothing to joke about. The children are well looked after, and even though I was hesitant that my son go there, I would never change it now. It is a beautiful program, and each teacher knows every child’s name even if they are not in thier class. Before you write a comment-HEY-why don’t you come down to our wonderful school (Chabad of East Flatbush) and shep Nachas. Our boys are learning how to be true and Proud Chassidim of the Rebbe. By the way it is a seven minute drive.
whay can’t they take these kids back to the rebbe’s Schuna already, instead of forcing them to be so far away B’gashmius and B’ruchnius
