They certainly do – especially when it comes to Supreme Court & Family Court and civil divorce. There are way too many people in Crown Heights who have been through the ringer of this broken court system or are still stuck there. It sounds amazing. I’m really looking forward to this event. Let’s all make a KIDDUSH Hashem firstly by showing up and also by being respectful etc.
Thanks to all the organizers CHJCC and all the others.

They should be in ehrlich batei din? There’s no bigger plague than the false arrests used by divorce lawyers as one ups in custody battles. Navigate courts when needed and with a heter bais din for civil matters, but the gross and inappropriate use of family courts for custody and divorce, which has lifelong traumatic effects because of overzealous lawyers needs to stop.

They should also talk about the importance of serving on a jury & not trying to wriggle out of it. Would you want to be judged by your peers – or by 12 random people who never interacted with a frum Jew? Every time a Yid comes to the court with some pathetic excuse why he/she should be excused it’s a Chillul Hashem.
