Judaism Videos Hit 1 Million Views

The world is changing as breakneck speed and some of the biggest shifts involve access to information. In 2017 an organization set out to make the most of these changes to saturate the world with the light of Chassidus in ways that were unimaginable just a few years ago. In the short time since My Judaism’s launch, their videos have been viewed more than a million times.

My Judaism is making authentic true-to-text chassidus relatable, relevant, and interesting even to people who are not interested in Torah Judaism, and they are getting it onto the screens of computers, smartphones, and tablets where people are spending their time, so that they actually get seen.

And the proof is in the pudding. As Pesach came in this year, My Judaism videos had been viewed 1,010,417 times online and many thousands more times on Whatsapp.

Although using technology to spread Judaism isn’t new, when it comes specifically to making chassidus truly engaging and accessible to your average uninitiated Jew there was a gaping white space. My Judaism set out to fill that void, and to date they have done so to the tune of well over a million video views. Their work is truly unique, making chassidus accessible and engaging without diluting it, and clearly, people are responding. They take pride in the fact that the reach of their videos online is public record, readily accessible online to anyone who is interested to see the numbers.

With the evidence of their existing success, My Judaism is ready to go all in, continuing what they’ve been doing and expanding the variety of tools they use to make chassidus viral, and in honor of their first 1 million views, My Judaism is running a campaign until the end of Tammuz to get 100 new monthly donors.
