What tremendous ahavas yisrael you had by giving your own personal Rebbe dollar to this woman you didn’t even know. Not many people would do this. And look at the dividends!

I can not imagine what it took to give someone their own Rebbe’s dollar, just like that, for no money. What a zchus to have been part of this families connection to yiddishkeit. May this selfless act continue to have rippled affects…

Every businessman and worker can be a shliach. We need to celebrate these unsung heroes who do the Rebbe’s will – just by being who they are!
Everything about the story is inspiring. Thanks for sharing

As hosts to this family during their stay in Crown Heights, we got to hear this story firsthand as it transpired. One can’t imagine the far reaching effect of a warm welcome and smile to a stranger, newcomer or a neighbor. As the woman confided to me, that it was only due to Mr. Klien’s pleasant and helpful demeanor, that she opened up and shared her deepest desire to have a Rebbe dollar for the health of her daughter. Of course, her change in attitude towards keeping new Mitzvos is clearly a result of this beautiful act of Ahavas Yisroel.… Read more »
